"From the vine to the glass",

Walk in the footsteps of historical South Tyrolean viticulture with a detailed explanation of the wine-growing region, the history of winemaking and the Bolzano winery. But insights into the modern production and work of the new winery cooperative should not be missing. So that it doesn't get too "dry", you can of course taste the wines from our own production, accompanied by our sommelier. Only our top lines are tasted.
