ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION:
Reception of the public on the farm, visit to the countryside with agronomic notes, the history of the vine in Valsugana, importance of white berry varieties and environmental and pedoclimatic characteristics. Native varieties, revival of viticulture in Valsugana. Following visit to the cellar and explanation of the different stages of winemaking. Convivial moment with tasting of the wines produced on the farm in combination with local gastronomic products, explanation of the Trentino Classic Method, particular refinement of our sparkling wine in the bottom of Lake Levico
NOTE:
- The activity has a duration of about 1.5 hours
- In case of rain the visit to the vineyard will not be made
