Entering the museum, a film shot from eagle's-eye-view provides you with an unusual impression of the park. A 3D relief provides visitors with multimedia information concerning the park's mountains, trails, refuges, lakes and waterfalls. A pendulum gives visitors a close-up look at how the mountains arose, while a kind of stone puzzle provides insight into the geological structure of the mountains. Visitor information systems give information concerning nature, the landscape and the evolution of the nature park region. And for kids there are fairy tales and legends from times past.

16th June - 31st October 2020 Exhibition: Nature Parks South Tyrol - The Forests
Forests are diversity, habitat, climate protection, recreational area and a complex ecosystem that is home to around two thirds of all animal and plant species in the world. South Tyrol's forests are particularly diverse and rich in species. Depending on the soil, bedrock and climate, different types of forest have developed in a relatively small area. The exhibition "Nature Parks South Tyrol - Forests" deals with general aspects of forests, shows different forest formations that are characteristic of the seven nature parks in our country and describes
EXCURSION:
22nd July - 5th August 2020 Nature Park "Forest habitat - after the last natural events 2018-2019"
How do extreme wind and snow events affect our forests? On the occasion of the exhibition " Nature Parks South Tyrol - Forests", the Nature Park House in cooperation with the Campo Tures/Sand in Taufers Forestry Station offers an excursion on this topic. (Registration requested)

11th + 12th August 2020 "The mushrooms of our forests"- various mushrooms from our forests are presented.

1st July - 26th August 2020 Children: Daksys creative afternoons
Every second Wednesday we invite to children afternoons or family hikes with our park guides. For children from 5 to 12 years (registration required)
