The saxophone quartet "SAGS" is made up of four young South Tyroleans (Sonja Wallnöfer, Greta Franzelin, Sonja Oberkofler and Alex Designori). The name of the quartet is derived from the word "sag's", which means "say it". It is a symbol for their mission to communicate with the audience through music. "SAGS" plays in the Parzivalsaal of the Vinzentinum. In the morning, it also meets a number of school classes there. The programme is entitled "Boulangerie" and revolves around the 20th century French composer and educator Nadia Boulanger. Her house, called the "Boulangerie", was a meeting place for many composers of the time. The programme includes works by various students of Boulanger, which differ stylistically in minimalist music by Philip Glass, dance forms by Jean Francaix, choral pieces by Samuel Barber and Latin American influences by Astor Piazzolla.
