Panorama Hiking Tour from Soprabolzano to Longomoso at Ritten

We travel by privat coach to Bolzano, passing the famous St. Magdalena vineyards as we ascend to Soprabolzano (1,228 m) on the Ritten plateau. This is where our hike begins, following pleasant paths past traditional farmsteads to the hamlet of Riggermoos. We then continue toward the Waldhotel Tann. Trail No. 8 leads us through the undulating terrain of the shaded forest, passing a small Kneipp facility on our way to the Bad Siess inn. After a lunch break with the opportunity for refreshments—all while enjoying views of the impressive Schlern massif and the surrounding peaks—we hike down to Maria Saal and its picturesque pilgrimage church. From there, the route leads past the famous earth pyramids to Lengmoos and Klobenstein, where our coach will be waiting for the return journey.
