About Hubenbauer
Hubenhauer House', which is a listed building, was first mentioned in records in 1197. The Stolz family renovated the building in 2002, taking care to preserve its historical features and characteristic details. You will be treated to a variety of delicious dishes in the rustic cellar. The farm also serves ist home-brewed beer.

Kitchen & Cellar
Home-smoked specialities, home-made bread, seven types of 'knödel' dumpling, 'sour soup', 'schlutzer' spinach ravioli, ravioli, 'bauerngröstl' sautéd potato with beef, three types of gnocchi, fried sausage, 'krapfen' fried pastries, 'kaiserschmarrn' sweet omelette with cranberry jam and home-made ice cream. In autumn barley soup, salt beef, spare ribs, black pudding, 'tirtlen' savoury pastries on Tuesdays. In spring and summer beef tartare, 'Tirtlen' on Fridays. Beers: lager,wheat beer as well as a variety of special beers. Juices: apple, raspberry, mint, apricot as well as red and blackcurrant juice.
The 2020 Kerner is a delicately matured, yet very typical and fruity wine with a maracuja and apricot aroma. The 2020 Zweigelt is clean with unusual milky notes in scent. In the mouth, the wine has medium body and a very soft tannic structure.
