Respect the mountains - Water tap by the Planggenbrücke Nova Levante

This water tap is located at the parking lot near the Plangen Bridge at Nova Levamte/ Welschnofen. The fountain is freely accessible and free of charge.

On entering the parking lot, after about 20 metres, there is the water tap on the right-hand side.

In the course of the project "Respect the Mountains", the certified fountains of the municipality of Nova Levante/ Welschnofen were collected and published. The water tap is one of the six fountains in Welschnofen/ Nova Levante, which reflects this project. The fountains invite you to fill up reusable bottles with fresh and high-quality drinking water. Approach
With the public bus line:
- 180 from Bolzano and Ponte Nova;
- 184 direct line from Monte S. Pietro, Nova Ponente, Obereggen and Ega;
- 181 from Pietralba, Monte S. Pietro and Nova Ponente to Ponte Nova with change to 180;
- 187 direct line from Collepietra;
- 182 from Collepietra to Ponte Nova with change to 180;
bus stop: centre of Nova Levante; 1 minute walk to the car park of the cable car, at the beginning of the car park you will find the drinking water point on the right side; online bus timetables on the website of South Tyrol Mobility.

By car:
Take highway´s exit “Bolzano Nord/Eggental”, turn right direction Bolzano/Bozen, after about 0,5 km on roundabout keep left and head towards Val d’Ega (SS 241). Keep driving up to Ponte Nova. At Ponte Nova’s crossroads, turn to the left and continue to Nova Levante until the car park at the cable car (about 20 min. from highway toll booth). Parking at the cable car car park, at the beginning of the car park you will find the drinking water point on the right side.
