Gasthof Paflur

The home-style cooking of the Gasthof Paflur at 1500 m is very traditional and can best be described as genuine South Tyrolean home cooking. From products grown on the own farm, in the own herb garden or by South Tyrolean farmers, simple, tasty Tyrolean dishes are created here, which are served with hearty charm by innkeeper Helena.
Authentic and down-to-earth is the pleasant atmosphere in the warm parlour of the mountain restaurant Paflur. On Mondays and Sundays the mountain inn is closed, from Tuesday to Saturday it spoils its guests with hearty dishes from the typical South Tyrolean cuisine.
Are you vegetarians? No problem, because the Gasthof Paflur takes care of all your wishes, respects incompatibilities and personal eating habits. The mountain restaurant Paflur is a very special place where you can get to know the beauty and culinary delights of the Vinschgau Valley!
The Gasthof Paflur can also be reached by bus, but using it as a very worthwhile stopover during a hike along the Venosta Valley High Mountain Trail will remain in your memory! This nature experience leads directly past the inn!
