This appartment in the mountains has the best of both worlds: it's 15 minutes from the city center of Bozen, the capital of the South Tyrol in the very north of Italy, but located in the Mountains (YES- there is SNOW in winter!!!) We have great cultural attractions such as Ötzi, the mummy, a lot of castles and museums. But we also have a lot to offer sports enthusiasts: there are 8 ski grounds in immediate proximity. To the famous Lake Garda it's about 1,5 hours. We are also quite in the middle of Europe: 2 hours from Innsbruck, 3 from Munich and 3 from Venice. The house is our summer home and was built by my great-grandmother during world war 2. It's built in the traditional tyrolean style with lots of wood. It was recently renovated with state of the art heating and a super internet connection. We have a tennis court, a pool and a huge garden, where you can savour the first rays of sun in spring! You have acess to the Swimming pool, swing set, a maxi chess set.. And a huge garden.
