In 2022, the former family-run hotel was renovated and now offers 21 flats in 3 size categories. The different flats are divided into Mono at 38m² for up to one person, Superior at 50m² for up to 4 people and the Penthouse Apartment at 80m² for up to 6 people. The wellness area is available to all guests free of charge, and each guest also receives the Almencard, with which all public transport in South Tyrol can be used free of charge. Breakfast buffet and parking spaces at the house/ garage are also available.
