Our JOHANNS restaurant transforms your holiday with us in the AMONTI chalets is a culinary feel-good time - from morning to night, according to your own rhythm and planned activities. Enjoy a sumptuous gourmet breakfast in the morning. At lunchtime and in the evening, our JOHANNS restaurant awaits you with culinary surprises. Our kitchen offers you all-round excellent service. All dishes are freshly prepared with local ingredients. We are also happy to deliver our culinary delicacies from the room service card directly to your chalet. If you get a bit hungry during the day, you can enjoy light, revitalising South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine on the sun terrace at JOHANNS from 12 to 2 p.m. Treat yourself to our culinary delights during the day. (for fee)

 

DINNER AT JOHANNS

A passionate chef. Innovative, creative, committed. All dishes are prepared using locally sourced seasonal produce. Turning tradition on its head, with new interpretations and new presentations. This is the “three toque” Gault Millau chef Tina Marcelli who will pamper you every evening with her team at JOHANNS from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Have something to look forward to – because surprises make life so much nicer!

 

CHALET MEALS

If you don’t want to leave your cosy chalet in the evening, we can serve our delicious dishes in your chalet. The choice includes warming soups, juicy steaks, South Tyrolean Knödel dumpling dishes, pasta dishes and so much more. Each meal is freshly prepared and brought to you in cast iron pots or pans together with a fresh salad. (for fee)
