A special highlight: your own private balcony, the perfect place to end the day with a glass of local wine. In the large inner courtyard, you’ll find cozy seating areas and a small sunbathing lawn. The Viktoria Apartment on the ground floor (approx. 60 m²), with its inviting living room, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom, and brand-new bathroom, offers the highest level of comfort in a harmonious setting. Perfect for couples who value peace, coziness, and elegant furnishings. Your bicycles can be parked safely and kept dry on the ground floor; charging outlets for e-bikes are available. Each apartment also includes a covered parking space directly at the house. Washing machine and Wi-Fi are provided. The location of our apartments could hardly be better: in just two minutes on foot, you are in the very heart of Caldaro, and in three minutes you reach the market square, with its charming cafés, restaurants, wine bars, and shops. Here, you can combine peaceful living with all the amenities the village center has to offer – everything just a short walk away. Leave your car with us and relax – thanks to the guest card, you can use all public transport in South Tyrol free of charge. It doesn’t get more convenient than this.
