The apartment has one bedroom for two adults and a sofa bed suitable for up to two children. The accommodation is located in a typical townhouse, has been recently renovated, and is comfortably furnished. Shops, restaurants, and the promenade are just a few steps away. The holiday accommodation consists of a living kitchen, a bedroom with a private bathroom, and a balcony. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery. The large balcony offers two deckchairs for sunbathing and a beautiful view of the Tappeiner Hill. A special highlight is the location of the accommodation: it is situated in the heart of the spa town of Merano, just a few steps from the Passer Promenade. The apartment is located on the third floor and is only accessible via stairs. There is no parking available. Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are provided free of charge
