The new, fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as everything you need for cooking and dining. The living room offers a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a practical work desk. The sofa can be converted into a high-quality sofa bed with a comfortable mattress. The bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed for restful nights. In the winter garden, you will find comfortable armchairs to relax and enjoy the view, as well as an extendable dining table for shared meals. Air conditioning in all rooms ensures a pleasant temperature throughout the year. The large terrace is equipped with sun loungers and seating areas – perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Outdoor lovers will find plenty to enjoy: hiking in summer and winter sports during the colder months. The Plose ski and hiking area is only 10 minutes away, and all major destinations in the Dolomites are easily accessible by car or bus. For wine lovers, South Tyrol is a true paradise. On warm days, you can cool off at the local outdoor pool or take a refreshing swim in the nearby lake. Free parking is available behind the house. In winter, a ski storage room in the basement provides secure space for your equipment.
