Really close to the house, you will find grocer shops and restaurants/pizzerias reachable on foot. Enjoy your holiday also without using a car to get around. The guest’s apartment is situated on the 3rd floor, with a beautiful view of the Dolomites and is suitable for 6 - 9 people, with wide, bright and comfortable rooms. The apartment is divided into three bedrooms, living room with TV (Sat), dining room, equipped kitchen (with oven, hotplate, refrigerator and dishwasher), two bathrooms with shower and bidet (one of them with a washing machine) and two balconies. In front of the house, there is a beautiful garden and a parking space that you can use. Children can have fun in the public playground near the house. In the winter season there is also a room where you can leave the skies and ski boots. The uphill facilities of Alpe di Siusi, Rasciesa and Seceda are reachable in 5-10 minutes walk: so you reach in winter all skiing destinations and the famous Sella Ronda circuit and in summer the starting points for wonderful excursions and walks in the mountains of the Dolomites – a Unesco World Heritage Site. There is also the public ski bus service – (free of charge) which bring you quickly to the uphill facilities; the bus stop is right near the house.
