Our apartment is located on the first floor of a new ClimateHouse in a very central but also quiet position. It is comfortably furnished and consists of: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two balconies and a spacious living room (approx. 28 m²) with dining table, double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette. One car parking space is of course available to our guests. The apartment is suitable for families with children as well as for enthusiastic skiers and hikers. The lifts (connection to the Sellaronda), ski schools, bus stop, several shops, restaurants, cafés and bars are just a few minutes’walk away. The Mar Dolomit in- and outdoor swimming pool, to which our guests have free access, is also in the immediate surrounding.
