In Winter the property is located a bit more than half kilometer from the Sellaronda (or from the ski bus stop to reach other places), so less than 1-minute drive to reach the ski slopes.

In summer the property boasts wide green meadows around the house, including private garden and a breathtaking panoramic seat. Hiking paths do start directly from the house.

The town center and all the services can be reached in less than 2 minutes by car. The first restaurants, bars and the bus stop are even closer, they are located aprox. 500 m away.

Chalet Prinoth offers free garage parking (For 1 car, second car on request), free Wi-Fi, ski deposit with boot heater, bike deposit with washing facilities, linen, towels and washing machine on previous request only.

PLEASE NOTE: The property is regularly served by an asphalted road and constantly cleaned. However, we suggest our guests to equip Winter tires and snow chains in the winter months between November and April, to avoid difficulties, due to the steepness of the road.
