The house is situated in a wonderfully quiet and sunny place surrounded by beautiful lush
meadows on the edge of the wood (the Resciesa Forrest). You can enjoy a breathtaking view on the
Sasslong, the Sella Massif and the Gardena Valley, and you can reach the town centre within only
10 walking minutes.
The building is surrounded by a beautiful big garden with a lawn where you can relax and enjoy the
great view on the mountains. We have sunshades and deckchairs for you and on request also a
barbecue.
There is a parking place available.
Our house is the ideal starting point for excursions and skiing; it is situated about 500 m from the
Resciesa chairlift and about 800 m from the Seceda cableways.situated in

The cosy apartment of 80 m² consists of:
- two spacious bedrooms with a double bed each
- a cosy living room with SAT-TV, a table with corner bench and a couch
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a bathroom with bathtub and shower, bidet and WC
- a nice terrace and a garden with deckchairs
- a storeroom and a box room for your skis and shoes
- washing machine on request
- free internet access (WiFi)
- boot dryer
