It offers the ideal starting point for alpine hikes or long walks through the woods. Just a few yards away, visitors can board the bottom station for the gondola of the alpine & ski resort Meran 2000.
Originally, at the site of the apartment house, there was an alpine cottage which belonged to the Nusserhof farmyard in Hafling. The building was constructed in the 90's and has been recenlty renovated.
In 2009, Brigitte Egger and her family (husband Markus and 2 children) have assumed management of the apartments.
