In winter the location is ideal, as the busses and ski busses stop directly in front of the house and take you free of charge (using the free tickets provided at check-in) to the Dolomiti Superski lifts, such as the Seceda and Rasciesa gondolas (both approx. 700m). The Alpe di Siusi cable car is about 500 m away.

In summer the proximity of the bus stop and the town center (5 minutes on foot - approx. 300 meters) with the Luis Trenker Promenade and the ski lifts is particularly advantageous.

You will find a grocery shop and a bar directly in front of the house. The greengrocer and a pizzeria 20 meters away, the baker 100 meters away and everything else in the center of Ortisei.

House Fina also has an outdoor parking space (for 1 car), Wi-Fi, bike and ski storage, washing machine and free linen and towels.
