We are located in a quiet zone in the middle of the village of Gossensass (about 1.000 inhabitants) at 1,100 m above sea level, a small village in the northern part of South Tyrol. We have guests in summer as well as in winter, who can enjoy a wide range of leisure activities: hiking and mountaineering, many excursion destinations, several ski areas (Ladurns, horse-riding, Ratschings), tobogganing, ice rinks, cross-country skiing and much more. We also offer low-priced packages. In the immediate vicinity are several bars and restaurants. The apartments have 3 to 8 beds and are comfortably and functionally furnished. The happy location of our house makes an unforgettable and relaxing holiday, in the midst of an intact natural landscape, rich in forests and wonderful plants. Equipment: kitchen, kitchenware, safe, hairdryer, TV, wi-fi, coin laundry, private parking, mountain bikes for adults and children, small pets allowed. Wellness: You can visit the Balneum in Sterzing for free, only 5 minutes by car from the apartment. There you will find several types of saunas, spa treatments and a swimming pool.
