The Residence is located away from the village center at the intersection of Sextner- and Haunoldstraße in 39038 San Candido in Pusteria, in the immediate vicinity of the ski lift of the ski resort "Baranci" and less than 2 minutes. In addition to the central location of the residential complex boasts a unique panorama: in summer enthroned the typical local mountain farm in the middle of lush green meadows to the partly steep slopes, while in winter the mountains rests under a gentle blanket of snow.
