House Mill is one of the three Treffpunkt apartment houses and is located in the centre of Mühlen in Taufers, right next to the small Wiere stream. Its peaceful setting away from the main road combines relaxation with convenience: the supermarket, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, bus stop, bike rental and other local shops are all within easy walking distance. The name "Mill" is the local dialect word for the village of Mühlen and also reflects the area's long milling tradition. In the past, the waters of the Wiere stream powered numerous watermills. One of these historic mills is still located on the ground floor of the house. For almost 200 years, it has been used to produce carob flour, making it one of the last remaining mills of its kind.
