Our mountain hut is situated in the nature reserve of the Alpe di Siusi, between Saltria and Compaccio. In winter, the Cross Country Ski Center and the downhill slopes are close by and you can ski right down to the hut. In summer, many wonderful walking tours are possible and there is a bus stop just 5 minutes’ walk from the hut. In Compaccio there are some small shops. Fresh bread can be supplied every morning on request.
