From the 2026 season onwards, we will offer only breakfast – lovingly prepared, regional, and full of flavor.
We are consciously saying goodbye to evening menus – and instead invite you to explore the culinary diversity of Caldaro at your own pace.
We’re happy to share our personal restaurant tips and, if desired, take care of table reservations for you.
