Our cosy and recently (2024) renovated apartments are suitable for 2-6 people, furnished with 1 or 2 bed rooms (boxspring beds), 1 or 2 bathrooms bath tub/shower, bidet and toilet, living/dining area with a corner seating unit, new and comfortable boxspring-sofa bed, a kitchenette/fridge with freezer and basic kitchen equipment. All apartments with balcony, SAT-TV, Wi-Fi, safe, hairdryer, bedding, towels etc. Only the apartment "Bulla" does have a balcony, but a parking slot in front of the house, instead.
Further, for our guests are available: a small lounge on the ground floor, sun deck, lockable storage are for ski and bicycles.

Our Eden offers also a lovely wellbeing area with a Finnish sauna and an infrared cabin, and a chill-out area, to relax after a long ski-day on the Seiser Alpe

Midweek cleaning, baby cribs, laundry room, bathrobes on request and against a fee.

Dogs are welcome in our apartments against an extra charge.

Rooms are available from 3,00 pm on day of arrival and until 9,30 am on the departure day. Depending on availibility also late-check-out or early check-in possibile.
