In winter, summer, or autumn – our freshly renovated 2024 apartments are the ideal base for skiing, hiking, or simply a spontaneous getaway on the Alpe di Siusi.

Spend unforgettable moments with family, friends, your partner, or even your dog in our cozy apartments for 2–6 people. Thanks to the central location, restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy are just steps away.

Comfort & Relaxation

Each apartment offers bright bedrooms with box-spring beds, modern bathrooms, a welcoming living area with sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Most feature a balcony with seating area  (except the apartment "Bulla").

For your comfort: free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, safe, bed linen, towels, and more. On request, we’ll provide a Nespresso machine, toaster, or microwave.

Wellness & Extras

Unwind in our wellness area with Finnish sauna and infrared cabin, or enjoy the sun terrace, lounge, ski & bike storage, and a free parking space per apartment.


Additional services (fee): washing machine, dryer, baby cot, bathrobes.
