Villabassa is nestled in the Dolomites at 1,154 m - just 5 minutes' drive from Dobbiaco, 10 minutes from San Candido and 20 minutes from Brunico. It is the first «Kneipp für mich Erlebnisdorf» (Kneipp wellness village) in Italy and has a park with various Kneipp facilities, including an open-air inhalation therapy centre and a water pavilion. In the winter, the mountains all around are perfect for cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, ski mountaineering, snowshoeing and much more besides. In the summer, the «Monti Pallidi» invite you to go hiking, Nordic Walking, trekking, cycling and mountain biking, or even more demanding mountaineering and motorbiking.
