Not to forget the enchanting Winter and Summer Walks: quiet paths along the Passirio river to spend a few hours immersed in the sounds and scents of nature, ideal all year round. Completely renovated in 2021, this flat has a floor area of approximately 35 m² and is located on the 2nd floor with lift. Great attention has been paid to every single detail and functionality of the furnishings: it is divided into three distinct areas furnished in a modern, minimalist manner:
Fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, utensils and accessories), which can be conveniently separated from the living/ sleeping area by a sliding door.

Living and sleeping area: Modern, comfortable sofa that can easily be converted into a single bed. Boxspring bed (size 160x200cm). You can leave your car in a public car park approx. 200 metres away, parking is paid for and has an agreement with the property.
