Our organic farm, the ‘Vogelmaierhof’, is situated in a unique, peaceful location amidst our own vineyards, just a few minutes’ walk from Lake Caldaro. Our organic farm combines a mediterranean atmosphere, active outdoor experiences and South Tyrolean hospitality.

We offer lovingly furnished holiday apartments with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom, as well as spacious rooms with parquet flooring and en-suite bathrooms. All accommodation features free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Every holiday apartment and double room has a balcony or terrace with stunning views of Lake Kaltern or the surrounding vineyards and the mountains Mendel.

Every morning, a generous breakfast is served featuring produce from our own farm, South Tyrolean specialities and regional products. Look forward to honey from our own organic apiary – Bioland certified – fresh eggs from our happy chickens, fresh fruit from our garden, as well as home-baked cakes and homemade jams. The apple juice made from our organically grown apples – Bioland certified and sun-ripened south of Lake Kaltern – rounds off your breakfast experience.

Enjoy walks in the impressive gorge Rastenbach and the mountains Mendel. Stroll through the historic village centre of Kaltern, go swimming, try stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), go sailing, or relax with a glass of wine by Lake Kaltern – there’s something for everyone.
