Welcome to our family business in Signat / Renon . Our heart of the house, the 18th century wood-panelled parlour, still lets you feelthe good old days.Ideal destination for " Törggelen ", but also for a short trip to South Tyrol, the Signaterhof invites you to enjoy and relax. With wonderfully regional and sustainably refined South Tyrolean cuisine, combined with a nice glass of wine and a magnificent view of Bolzano, you can let your soul dangle.In and around the house , a wonderful tranquillity invites you to linger. since 1998 our house has been part of Carlo Petrini's "Slow Food Movement"; with 18 awards, the Signaterhof is one of the best in South Tyrol. In addition, our cuisine has also been rewarded with a toque from the " Gault Millau" restaurant guide.
