Our house is very sunny, centrally located in a large garden. It is only about a 5-minute walk to the town center (bakery, delicatessen, post office, etc.). The apartments are comfortably furnished and feature either a balcony, terrace, or garden corner, where you can enjoy breakfast, sunbathe, and savor our mild climate. For your car, we offer a garage or private courtyard. Tramin has 4 tennis courts and a fantastic adventure swimming pool. Lake Kaltern is just a 5-minute drive from us. We make every effort to ensure that our guests feel comfortable in our house.
