On the second floor we let two holiday apartments with a clear view of the Haunold and the Sesto Dolomites. Here you can experience the advantages of living in a climatically passive house fitted with geothermic heating and cooling and equipped with controlled airing of the living area. Haus Schmieder is located just a few minutes from all of that which makes a stay here so pleasant: 2 minutes walk from the centre of the village, from shops, public houses and churches, from the indoor swimming pool and the bus stop. Nevertheless, tranquillity prevails. A house built on Roman remains, a modern exterior with nostalgic interior, functionally modified furniture taken from an old hotel in Innichen, with generous greenery and car parking.
