Jagerhof

Approximately one kilometer from the center of Maiern lies the Jagerhof at an altitude of 1,375 meters in the Ridnaun Valley. The traditional South Tyrolean farm with livestock is surrounded by lush green meadows and deep forests. The Ridnaun Valley south of the Brenner Pass is one of the most original landscapes in South Tyrol. It flows into the Eisacktal at Sterzing and is framed by the powerful peaks of the Stubai Alps in the north and the Jaufen massif in the south.
