The apartment has a private entrance with parking, a large balcony and a terrace with garden. You can expect lovingly designed, light-flooded rooms and a fantastic view of the surrounding mountain peaks and the cultural city of Bressanone. The apartment is on the 1st floor with ground level access from the parking lot. There is space for 5 guests in a double bedroom and a bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed. Optionally, a 6th person can sleep on the couch in the living room. The large central, light-flooded room offers enough space for everyone and invites you to relax. In the fully equipped, spacious kitchen can be cooked together. In good weather, the terrace accessible from the kitchen invites you for breakfast al fresco and on the balcony you can spend time in the evening sun. The bathroom impresses with the pleasant color of the stone-look tiles, has a bathtub with shower attachment, a washing machine, a hair dryer, towels and hand soap. Directly behind the entrance is a small entrance hall with cloakroom. For storage of suitcases, hiking or ski equipment there is enough space in the storage room. The entire apartment is furnished according to a holistic design concept, equipped with solid wood flooring, wooden furniture and high-quality equipment and is looking forward to visitors who value this.
