Our boarding house is situated in the northern part of Termeno (red zone), opposite a park area. Cozy guestrooms and typical Tyrolean "Stuben", a No-smoking-room, garden terrace and sunbathing lawn will invite you to relax and recreation. All rooms are equipped with TV, telephone, Safe, hair-dryer and PC-connection possible. Our house is situated near the sport area of Tramin, where you can find the sport and adventure swimming pool, tennis courts and a children play area. NEW in 2015! Winepass PLUS is included in our room prices! Free entry to a swimming pool near the lake of Kaltern (from mid May until mid September) We look forward to welcoming you. Family Gutmann.
