In the spacious holiday flats in the Appartement Prieth, which are available to you all year round, you will find peace and relaxation. Always be your own master, to be able to experience your holiday really individually, every day, completely unbound - because your holiday is precious.

The house is situated in a quiet and particularly sunny location. You will be impressed by the wonderful view over the Lago Resia Lake to the Ortler with the Königsspitze. The village centre with shops, restaurants, bus stop/ski bus, bank and information office can be reached in 3 minutes on foot.

The 6 holiday flats ranging in size from 34 to 96 m2 offer space for 2 to 7 people, have free WLAN, balcony and satellite TV. Dishes, glasses, cups and cutlery are available in sufficient quantity in all flats.

High-quality bed linen and fluffed pillows for the beds and sofa beds are part of the basic equipment of the holiday flats. For those guests who prefer to cater for themselves on holiday, fully equipped kitchens with all kitchen utensils are available.

The bathrooms all have plenty of fresh, fluffy towels, a hairdryer and a soap dispenser. If required, baby cots can be added to the flats free of charge.

On the ground floor of the house, guests have free all-day access to the 84 m² fitness room, which is equipped with sports equipment, table football, satellite TV, infrared sauna, bicycle and ski racks, washing machine and daytime WC.

Directly next to the house is the tranquil and quiet village park of Resia with a large lawn for children. The terrace, equipped with folding tables, loungers and outdoor barbecue, as well as the parking spaces directly at the house are at your disposal.

On request, motorbikes can be parked in the locked garage of the Garni Vergissmeinnicht 150 m away - free of charge. Four-legged friends are also welcome in the Appartement Prieth.
