The House is located near the small town called Siusi / Seis, in the settlement S.Vigilo (St.Vigil), which contains only twenty buildings. It is situated beneath the mountain slopes less than 2 km away in sunny and very quiet location.
It has got wonderful views of Mount Sciliar (Schlern). Although the house is quite contemporary in style, its oldest part (ground floor) dates from the 12th century. The owners are very kind and hospitable German-speaking Tyroleans. There is also a local tradition of producing fresh juice from the apples growing in their gardens.
