Residence Condor

Our holiday apartments in the Residence Condor are located at 1,450 metres above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. They have a large kitchen-diner with balcony, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The apartments are approximately 62 m² in size. The well-equipped kitchens with oven, dishwasher and refrigerator also have a TV and sofa bed. Televisions are also available in the bedrooms. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the residence. If you require a cot, we can provide one in your apartment. The apartment price and number of rooms depend on the number of guests. The house also has a sauna for shared use with other guests, which can be switched on upon request. You can park your car directly in front of the house; the road to the house is a cul-de-sac, so there is very little traffic. At the end of the paved road, there is a public footpath that leads towards the church and takes you to the village. Right next to the footpath, on the fenced-in property, there is a children's playground for house guests only. A grocery store, a sports shop, various bars and a bakery are also within walking distance. The beginner's and connecting lift (Gitschberg Jochtal ski area) for skiers in the winter months is only a 5-minute walk away. Hiking and cycling are possible directly from the house. The town of Brixen can be reached by bus and train free of charge with the ‘SüdtirolGuestCard’ or by car in 20 minutes. We are also about 20 minutes from the motorway.
