Residence Haus Kalterersee is situated in a quiet panoramic location about 150 m above Lake Caldaro and far away from road traffic. The eighteen comfortably furnished apartments for 2–6 people all offer a wonderful view of the lake. The terraces can be connected to each other, making them ideal for families travelling together or groups of friends.
Access to the lake with a beautiful sunbathing lawn and bathing beach is included in the price, as well as a barbecue area and children’s playground in our own vineyard, parking, and final cleaning. Upon request, our caretaker is happy to deliver fresh bread in the morning. Our all-inclusive prices are based on the number of guests, with discounts for children. No weekly stay required!
