RESIDENCE MAIRHOFER ** Our residence is on the main road in a very quiet and sunny location, just 10 minutes' walk from the town centre. The house has one and two-room apartments, has parking spaces for all guests in front of the house. The apartments are tastefully and comfortably furnished. They all have a kitchenette with electric cooker, dishwasher and refrigerator, seating area, sofa, color TV, safe, free WiFi and balcony. APARTMENTS MARLENA ** The Marlena apartment house is located near the traffic-calmed center of Niederdorf/Villabassa The new and modern furnished apartments all have a separate living room and bedroom. You live in two or three-room apartments, all with a shower and balcony. Facilities: Fully equipped kitchenette with electric stove, dishwasher and refrigerator, seating area, sofa and satellite TV. Of course, we provide bed linen and towels for all apartments and are included in the price. Everything listed here is included in our prices, with the exception of final cleaning.
