Our newly-built apartments are situated in a side street that runs alongside the river Eisack, near the historical centre of Bressanone/Brixen. The medieval heart of the town is just a ten-minute walk away, while the Acquarena water park and the bus and ski bus stop are right on our doorstep. Our holiday apartments are very quiet that you would never guess how close they are to the town’s bustling streets and shops. All you can hear is silence and the soft chirping of birds. You can choose from four different types of apartments. A balcony and a mountain view are always included, and so is comfort. Natural materials, contemporary design and sound insulation – comfort meets sustainability! As a low-energy building, Residence Nives was awarded the KlimaHaus Welcome sustainability seal. The underfloor heating ensures maximum living comfort while also reducing energy consumption. The natural construction materials, including wood, create a pleasant ambience, while the building’s sophisticated ventilation system and pollen filters guarantee fresh and healthy air.
