The hotel's own car park and a bus stop can be found directly in front of the residence.

In both winter and summer, a minibus is operational and stops in front of the Residence, to take you to the center, to the Col Raiser lift station or to the Dantercepies lift station, within 5 minutes. Ideal starting point for the Sellaronda.

The WELLNESS AREA, a place to relax and recharge, has a Finnish sauna, a steam bath and a whirlpool.
