Residence Roland is located approx. 150 m from Lake Kaltern (private beach) in the middle of a scenic area stretching southward. An ideal location to finally leave the car parked! The house is nestled among our private vineyards, which extend toward the lake shore, where you can sunbathe on an expansive lawn equipped with a lovely pergola and a pier. Our Residence is located in the southern part of Lake Kaltern, away from noise and stress. The private beach is exclusively reserved for the guests of the house, just for taste is an ideal place for lovers of sun and relaxation. You will also be able to go swimming, sailing and surfing or go fishing.
