Rose Vintage Residence

Every room in this flat has that touch of nostalgia that you feel in the village. A flat that will make the hearts of vintage lovers beat faster. A small garden invites you to have breakfast, barbecue and relax.
My husband Erwin and I had a dream of a flat in an old house surrounded by a lovely landscape. When we had already given up hope, we found it by chance in Oberplanitzing at the end of April 2019. From the wine road, just before Kaltern, a few hundred metres up the road, hides this little place where time seems to have stood still a bit. We were able to really live out our passion for beautiful things from times gone by when we renovated the flat in the 400-year-old house.
