Book one of our 4 enchanting holiday apartments and spend an eventful holiday on our rustic farm. The tradition-steeped Stauderhof is located at an altitude of 1,400 m in Deutschnofen, 10 minutes' walk away from the town centre and 10 minutes by car away from the Latemar-Obereggen Ski Centre.
Enjoy an exhilerating view of the Dolomites from our apartments, especially of the Rosengarten and Latemar.
The Stauderhof is a small livestock holding in Deutschnofen in Eggental with lots of different animals, such as dog and cat, donkey, chickens, pigs and cows. You're welcome to lend a hand at feeding and grooming times. And, of course, there are always fresh milk and eggs on the table every day thanks to our beloved animals.
Everything grows in our garden that the dear Lord allows to flourish at 1,400 metres above sea level. That includes many an herb for cooking or for teas, such as leek and parsley, for example, but also Mediterranean herbs, such as thyme, lavender or rosemary ... and, of course, good mint and lemon balm as well.
Our elder bush and the linden tree bloom in spring, providing us with soothing tea for winter. They have often proved their worth, especially in cases of flu.
