During the last renovation in 2022 we decided to introduce a small sauna to allow our guests to relax after their excursions. The building was built in 1983 and is located 1.7 km from the centre of Merano. Equipped with the most requested comforts: comfortable and new bed and sofa bed, wifi, coffee machine, washing machine, TV SAT, air conditioning, free parking right in front of the house, bus stop in front of the building. 3. floor without lift.
