Welcome to our charming Bed & Breakfast at Renon, high above the capital city Bolzano in the heart of South Tyrol and the Italian Alps! The Maier family has been running this house with love for over 100 years. All of our modern 12 appartements in the Villa Maier have a wonderful balcony with a view over the green nature as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. A regional breakfast buffet awaits you every morning and our trust bar provides you with Italian delicacies. The hotel's own clay tennis court is at your disposal, as well as a yoga room and a small sauna. In summer, our pool with a sunbathing area offers the perfect setting for a relaxing day by the pool. There is plenty of space for children to play in the indoor playroom or the outdoor playground. Villa Maier is just a 3-minute walk from the Costalovara station of the Renon railway, from where you can reach the town of Bolzano/Bozen in 25 minutes (free with the included Guest Pass). You can also reach many hiking trails directly from the house.
