Nestling in the typical wine-growing landscape of the Überetsch, the Millenniumshof and the Villa Maridl is situated in a green, peaceful spot just 10 minutes' walk from the centre of the village of Kaltern. The modern fruit and grape-growing farm was rebuilt in the year 2000 and is characterised by round architectural elements that flow harmoniously into one another.
There is a bus stop just five minutes' walk from the Millenniumshof. Public transport services run regularly to Kalterer See lake, the village centre and the surrounding communities as far as Bolzano.
Irene and Karlheinz, and their daughters Franziska and Lisa, would like to wish you a very warm welcome to Kaltern.
