Our newly built, comfortable holiday apartments (2010), located in a quiet and sunny spot among the vineyards, offer the ideal setting for relaxation and peace. We are only a 10-minute walk from the village center and very close to the picturesque Kastelatz hiking trail. The apartments are very spacious. The “Turmblick” apartment, approx. 50 m² with a sunny terrace of approx. 22 m², accommodates 2-5 people, while the “Kastelatz” apartment, approx. 70 m² with a balcony of approx. 14 m², accommodates 2-6 people. Both apartments offer wonderful views and feature 2 separate bedrooms with shower/WC each, an entrance hall, and a fully equipped living kitchen with satellite TV and safe. For cozy gatherings, a shared terrace is available, where you can enjoy tasting our estate wines. Your cars or motorcycles can be parked in the garage. On our lawn, you can soak up the warm sun while our little guests enjoy the playground. Water lovers won’t be disappointed either. In a beautiful setting with Mediterranean vegetation, gently sloping terraces, and palm trees, you’ll find the lovely Tramin sports and adventure pool. Or you can go pedal boating, surfing, sailing, or swimming at the nearby Lake Caldaro, just 4 km away. For hiking enthusiasts, there are various trails. Just a few minutes from our house, several paths start that lead to Rungg, Cortaccia, Grono, Söll, Lake Caldaro, Caldaro, Zoggler, the Oltradige Hut, or Roen. Cyclists will also get their money’s worth. Whether a bike trip to Lake Caldaro or a challenging mountain bike tour on beautiful forest trails with varying difficulty, there’s something for everyone.
